Terms of Service

Please read through this document prior to requesting a commission.

I will draw:

NSFW or porn
Hateful or disrespectful symbolism or themes
Note: If you are interested in receiving art involving humans from me, please speak with me directly.
Note: I reserve the right to decline any concept request I feel uncomfortable with or feel I will not be able to portray accurately with my current skill set.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission to anyone for any reason.

I do not work on Saturdays or Sundays.
I will go through my new commission requests every morning. I may go through them more frequently.
Expect a response on commission requests within 48 business hours.
Payment is accepted in full, up front before commission begins.
Commissions over $40 will be sent a sketch WIP for approval. WIPs can be requested at any point in the process, I will be happy to share!
One round of revisions is included in the price at the sketch phase.
One round of revisions is included in the price at the phase of completion. Revisions requested after the first round are subject to additional fees.
Commissions will be completed within 1-3 weeks of payment, unless otherwise communicated by me.
You are responsible for saving a copy of your commission. I often clean out my folders and may lose the file.

Payments will only be accepted via PayPal invoices unless otherwise discussed with the commissioner.
Full payment is expected upfront before work has begun.
The commissioner must be the owner of the PayPal account being used. No using friend or relative accounts, unless they are the one to make the payment and are in agreement.

I retain rights to all artwork to post on social media.
I retain rights to stream work progress to streaming sites such as Twitch, Picarto, or Youtube.
Commissioners may post completed artwork to their social media with credit.
Private commissions can be requested for an extra charge. Price will vary depending on size of commission.
- Private commission work will not be posted to social media unless requested by the commissioner.
- Private commission work will not be streamed.

Full refunds can be requested at the sketch phase. Any refunded sketches may be resold as a YCH. The commissioner does not retain rights to work after a full refund.
If a refund is requested after the sketch phase, a partial refund will be offered proportionate to the amount of work completed.
Finished commissions will not be refunded.
To request a refund, please speak to me directly. Do not issue a Paypal chargeback.
I will not issue refunds to commissioners who cut contact.
